Day 4
Breakfast - Same as always, 2 white eggs, wheat bread with one slice of cheese
Snack - Shake
Lunch - Shake
Dinner - Chicken Brother with eggplant and turkey pieces
Snack - milk and Yogurt.
I have felt very good and had a lot of energy, this diet has not been as hard as I thought. However, a funny thing happened. I don't eat candy or chocolate often but i was at the super market and was waiting in line and saw some Hershey bars and Snickers, I would not normally want them but this time i had the urge, only because I know I can't have them. Other than this everything is good.
Day 3 (Late)
Breakfast - 2 white eggs on wheat bread with 1 slice of cheese
Snack - Protein Shake
Lunch - Salad with Lettuces, Cherry Tomatoes, Onion and dressing
Snack - Protein Shake (fresh)
Dinner - Chicken Broth and turkey pieces.
Snack - Shake

Day 2:
I woke up today late, I was suppose to be up at 6:30 but got up at 9:30. Now we are suppose to eat every 3 hours so when I woke up it was 3 hours late so I just had my breakfast.
First I took two of each of my herbal supplements.
At 9:30am I had 2 eggs (white only), 1 slice of cheese and 2 pieces of whole wheat.
At 12:30pm I had 1 protein shake.
At 3:30pm I had 1 small salad (I got pre made at the supermarket) and 1 Protein Shake.
At 6:30pm I ate some small baby tomatoes and GeDeTang which is a chinese soup made with clear broth, vegtiables, peices of turkey and some noodle balls.
At 10:00pm I had a protein shake before bed.
Tomorrow i will do better.

My New Diet that they say will work!!
"TRANSITIONS"
INTRO: My name is Di, and I just turned 33, 7 days ago. I have been in China for the last 7 years and lost plenty of weight there but I am back in the USA and I gained back some. My sister, who used to be larger and now has lost so much weight said she wanted me to do it the way she did and that it was safe, natural, no side effects and most importantly it works!! I recently had a mini stroke and decided that I would like to live as long as possible and as healthy as possible with my wife (we just got married on April 6th, 2011). I don’t feel like leaving this world to soon and want to make sure that the time I have here is good and happy.
I will be making this daily log to show you first, will this work, second, how it will affect my life with my mood, activities and anything else I can not think of right now.
The supplements I will be taking during this diet:
I am taking CORE, which is a fat & Carb Inhibitors (Caffeine free), I will take 2 of these in the morning everyday and 2 before lunch. The second supplement will be CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), I will be taking 2 of these before I eat each morning and the last one is ACTS (Adrenal, Cortisol Thyroid and Stress Support Formula, this I will also be taking 2 each morning.
My meals: (This is the hardest part for me, not because of the change in the food i eat or because what I eat for each meal is less but because now i eat 1 or 2 times a day, with this diet i need to eat 6 times a day).
For the first two weeks these are my basic meal choices:
| Breakfast | 2 Egg Whites on whole wheat bread with 2tbs of Cheddar Cheese and a high protein low carb yogurt (same for everywhere I write yogurt). |
| Snack | A High Protein shake 12-15oz pre made or make like this using a blender: Ice, handful of frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries or any other berries NO BANNANAS), 2 scoops of HIGH protein LOW carb shake mix, 2tbs of yogurt and water. |
| Lunch | Salad with chicken or fish and use “Walden Farms” Salad dressing. |
| Snack | A High Protein shake 12-15oz pre made or make like this using a blender: Ice, handful of frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries or any other berries NO BANNANAS), 2 scoops of HIGH protein LOW carb shake mix, 2tbs of yogurt and water. |
| Dinner | 6-8oz stake or chicken with2-3 cups of vegetables and a fruit. |
| Snack (15 minutes before bed) | A High Protein shake 12-15oz pre made or make like this using a blender: Ice, handful of frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries or any other berries NO BANNANAS), 2 scoops of HIGH protein LOW carb shake mix, 2tbs of yogurt and water. |
